Escalation: Fighter Jets Attacked Lebanese Territory

For the first time since the outbreak of the war, IDF warplanes attacked Lebanese territory, among the targets attacked were infrastructure, weapons and sites of the Hezbollah organization.

For the first time since the beginning of the conflict, IDF fighter jets struck Hezbollah terrorist organization infrastructure in Lebanese territory overnight (between Monday and Tuesday).

According to an IDF spokesperson's statement, the infrastructure was attacked, combat assets were destroyed, and positions and sites used by the organization were targeted.

Yesterday, IDF forces targeted a group of terrorists in Lebanese territory who attempted to launch mortar shells towards Rosh HaNikra. Simultaneously, three anti-tank missiles were fired from Lebanon towards the Biranit area, and the forces responded with artillery fire.
