A Dutch nurse, Batisma Chayat Sa’id, who works with elderly patients, has ignited widespread condemnation after posting violent anti-Israel threats on Instagram, exposed on July 30, 2025, by Israeli activist Max Weiper. The 25-year-old English teacher from Ashdod revealed Sa’id’s chilling messages, including, “You know what I do with Zionists, give an extra injection as a specialist nurse, let it go to paradise!” She further wrote, “All Zionists can die inside the healthcare system and outside it, and I’m happy to help with that.” Weiper, who previously uncovered similar threats by medical workers in Australia, condemned Sa’id’s remarks as a grave violation of nursing ethics, stating, “Imagine your grandparents being cared for by such a despicable person. This is a serious breach of the nursing code of ethics, and Dutch authorities must prosecute her and bar her from patient care.”

Sa’id’s threats echo a disturbing pattern, as Weiper also exposed an Australian healthcare worker who claimed, “You have no idea how many Israeli dogs came to this hospital, and I sent them to hell.” These individuals vowed to refuse treatment to Israeli patients or actively harm them. The Dutch nurse’s posts, which surfaced amid heightened global tensions over Israel’s conflict with Hamas, have fueled outrage, particularly as 621,000 Israeli tourists visited Europe in 2024, per Israel’s Tourism Ministry. Social media on X amplified the controversy, with one user writing, “A nurse threatening to murder Israelis? This is beyond sick, Dutch hospitals must act!” The Netherlands’ nursing regulatory body, BIG Register, is reportedly investigating, with potential sanctions including license revocation. Weiper’s advocacy, which has reached 50,000 followers on Instagram, continues to spotlight antisemitism in healthcare, urging accountability to protect vulnerable patients and uphold medical ethics.
