America’s Gaza Plan: Mass Evacuation, AI Cities, and a U.S.-Run Trusteeship
A leaked Washington Post report reveals Trump-era blueprint to empty Gaza, relocate millions, and rebuild it as a futuristic “American protectorate”

A 38-page internal U.S. document leaked to The Washington Post suggests turning Gaza into a U.S.-run trusteeship for at least ten years, forcibly transforming one of the world’s most war-torn regions into a shiny AI-driven “smart hub” of industry, tech, and tourism.
Under the plan, over two million Palestinians would be relocated. Some would be offered “voluntary departure” to foreign countries, while others would be held in secure enclaves inside Gaza until “resettlement” is possible.
Palestinians who leave would receive digital trust tokens, redeemable for apartments in futuristic AI cities planned for Gaza, or for starting a new life abroad. Each family leaving would get a $5,000 cash grant, four years of rent subsidies, and a year’s worth of food aid.
The program carries the name GREAT Trust, Gaza Reconstitution, Economic Acceleration, and Transformation Trust.
Security, at least initially, would be handled not by armies but by private military contractors and third-party states.
Turkey called the plan “ethnic cleansing dressed up as reconstruction.”
Egypt and Jordan warned of “regional destabilization.”
Hamas denounced it as an “attempt to erase the Palestinian people,” threatening “unprecedented escalation.”
The Palestinian Authority dismissed it as “a unilateral move violating international law.”
The plan mirrors the UN Trusteeship Council model after WWII, except this time, Washington would be acting alone, without UN Security Council approval.
