Israeli electronic singer and producer Noga Erez is set to take the stage at the highly anticipated Coachella Festival this April 2026, appearing on the festival's official poster alongside headliners Justin Bieber, The Strokes, and Alex G. Her performance comes amidst a charged political climate, as the festival also features artists who have openly expressed anti-Israel views.

The juxtaposition is particularly notable given the presence of groups like the Irish band Kneecap, which has used its platform to project strong anti-Israel messages, including accusations of genocide.

Erez has herself been a target of international boycotts. In a video posted to her Instagram late last year, she shared that multiple festival dates and concerts abroad had been abruptly canceled. She attributed these cancellations not to her personal views but simply to the fact that she is Israeli.

"I believe that boycotting artists will not bring a solution," Erez stated in the video. "I believe that banning songs, movies, plays, books, etc., is not going to fix the world’s problems."

Erez is well-known outside of Israel, having previously toured with American pop star Pink. Her third album, The Vandalist, was released in September 2024, delayed nearly a year due to the events of October 7.
