Rocket Salvo Towards the Center and the Shefela, One Landing

One rocket fell in open area in Rishon Letziyon and a piece of shrapnel caused damage in Nes Tziyona. No casualties were reported.

Red color sirens were heard in Gush Dan, the Shefela, and Ashdod. A landing was spotted in open area near Rishon Letziyon, and rocket shrapnel hit Ness Tizyona, causing only physical damage but no injuries.

The Police spokesperson said that officers of the Shefela area and bomb squad officers of the Center District are working to isolate a number of areas where rocket debris fell in an open area around Rishon Letziyon. They are also searching for additional remains and items to remove further threat to the public. According to medical sources, there are two anxiety cases from the salvo. Shrapnel was identified in Ness Tziyona, causing physical damage but no casualties.

The Israel Police call on the residents to enter safe areas when hearing a siren, avoid arriving at landing scenes or trying to approach rocket remains which may contain explosives, and instead immediately report the matter to the Israel Police call center at 100.
