PM Netanyahu shares classified details of U.S. pressure over Rafah

Even after all of Biden and Blinken's threats, Netanyahu stood firm: "We will not compromise on Rafah and our southern border."

In a classified Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee meeting, Prime Minister Netanyahu disclosed tense exchanges with U.S. leadership over Rafah operations, according to journalist Moti Kastel.

"Biden called me before the Rafah operation and said: 'Prime Minister Netanyahu - you'll be left alone!'" Netanyahu reportedly told the committee. "I responded: 'Then we'll do it alone!'"

Two days later, Secretary Blinken allegedly warned about potential weapons supply cuts. "I told him: 'We'll fight with our hands and nails if we have to,'" Netanyahu recounted.

The Prime Minister emphasized Israel's unwavering stance on clearing Rafah and securing the southern border, adding that U.S. predictions of 20,000 casualties proved "completely false."
