IDF: Hamas Claims of Soldiers Killing Civilians At Aid Sites False
The IDF conducted an investigation into Hamas claims that its soldiers killed civilians near an aid site, finding the actual cause to be Hamas provocateurs within the aid site.

The IDF investigated Hamas claims of IDF soldiers killing Palestinians coming to get aid at a GHF station and found them to be likely false, according to a report today (Wednesday) by Kann News:
"In Gaza, [the media] reported this morning over 50 killed and more than 600 wounded, while waiting for humanitarian aid distribution in the northern Strip, from trucks that entered through the Zikim crossing.
"From an IDF investigation, it was found that fighters carried out deterrent fire in the air, fire that was not directed at the gathering since fighters in the area felt threatened. From a preliminary investigation, no casualties are known as a result of IDF forces' fire.
"The IDF said that the numbers released in Gaza are based on Hamas and are not reliable sources. Unusually, a security source gave a statement for quotation: "From a preliminary investigation it appears that during the gathering, gunfire sounds were heard from within the crowd and internal friction among Gazans within the gathering, in addition to several cases of being run over by aid trucks."
