The Israeli Air Force conducted a series of precision strikes on military targets across Iran earlier today, Sunday, targeting missile and unmanned aerial vehicle sites in Isfahan, Bushehr, Ahvaz, and for the first time, the Yazd region. According to an IDF spokesperson, approximately 30 fighter jets deployed more than 60 munitions, hitting dozens of military objectives under the guidance of the Intelligence Directorate.
The operation marks a significant escalation, expanding Israeli military action into new territory within Iran. Journalist Amit Segal noted, "Sights we’ve grown accustomed to seeing in Gaza and Lebanon have now become routine in Iran," reflecting the shifting dynamics of the conflict.
