A Jerusalem family was left reeling after their car was deliberately set on fire by anti-government protesters early Wednesday morning. The vehicle belonged to a reservist slated for a “Tzav 8” call-up next week and his wife, parents of three children, including premature twins.

“All of our child car seats and all the equipment in the car were destroyed,” the mother recounted. “My husband is in the reserves, and with his Tzav 8 starting next week, I have no idea how I’ll manage driving the children to their programs alone. We just invested in the car and refitted it two days ago.”

The family has appealed to the public for immediate assistance, hoping a rapid fundraising campaign can help them replace the vehicle and continue their daily routines amid the disruption.

This incident underscores the human cost of escalating street protests and highlights the challenges faced by reservist families caught in the crossfire of political unrest.
