Israeli Influencer Confronts Man After Sexual Harassment in Broad Daylight
Israeli social media influencer Danit Greenberg publicly confronts and documents a man who sexually harassed her in Tel Aviv, sparking debate about street harassment in Israel.

Israeli influencer Danit Greenberg (33) says she was sexually harassed in broad daylight while walking in Tel Aviv and decided not to stay silent. Greenberg documented the man she accused of harassing her and shared the footage with her half a million Instagram followers.
In the video, the man is seen sitting in his car, holding a cigarette, as Greenberg films both his face and his license plate. Over the clip she wrote:
“This loser thought it was okay to yell at me, ‘Can I pet you? not the dog, you.’ I’m done with street harassers.”
Greenberg added that she intends to publicly shame anyone who makes unwanted sexual comments toward her.
“I promise I will call out every single person who dares to make a sexual remark,” she said in the recording. “This trash harassed me in the street, this is his face, this is his car, and I’ll make sure he gets caught, because he’s a zero.”
The influencer also revealed that the harassment was not an isolated case. Just a day earlier, she said, she was followed by a car while walking on the sidewalk. According to her account, the driver deliberately crossed toward her, locked eyes with her and then spat at her.
“I’m burning with anger,” Greenberg told her followers. “Why, as a woman, do I have to accept that on this street I might be subjected to some kind of remark, or worse? I have zero patience left for this.”
Greenberg, known for her outspoken presence online, has sparked renewed debate about everyday harassment in Israel’s public spaces, and the growing role of social media in confronting it.
