Update: Casualties in drone strike in Syria now at 6 dead, 11 wounded
According to Hezbollah-affiliated TV channel Al-Mayadeen, an unidentified drone strike in eastern Syrian killed 6 and wounded 11 members of pro-Iranian militias.
The Hezbollah-affiliated TV network Al-Mayadeen reports that the drone strike in eastern Syria earlier today killed six and injured eleven members of pro-Iranian militias in eastern Syria.
According to a Syrian opposition report, the strike took place near the city of Al-Bukamal in eastern Syria.
It is not clear who might be responsible for such a strike, though attacks have been conducted against such targets by both the United States and Israel in the past.
