Mohamed Soliman, who threw Molotov cocktails at peaceful protestors rallying for the hostages earlier this month, is now being charged with murder, as one of his victims, who was 82, died.

Soliman said that he was preparing the attack for over a year, and disguised himself as a landscaper so he could get close to the parade and throw the incendiary devices at the civilians protesting for the release of the hostages.

Videos posted to social media showed him shirtless and taunting the demonstrators before injuring many of them.

According to the Daily Mail, Soliman's indictment now includes the following:

"Of the 29 victims, 13 suffered physical injury during the attack.

"The complaint now contains the 2 counts of first degree murder, 52 counts of attempted first degree murder, 8 counts of first degree assault, 18 counts of attempted first degree assault, 2 counts of using an incendiary device, 16 counts of attempted use of an incendiary device and one count of animal cruelty."
