The second phase of the release of the hostages started yesterday with the release of 13 Israelis, including 8 children and 5 women, in addition to 4 Thai citizens.
This morning the IDF is publishing documentation of the captives' arrival in Israel and the moving meeting with their families. Emily Hand met with her father and Hila Rotem Shoshani, whose mother is still in the hands of Hamas, met with her aunt.
