Dave Smith humiliates himself, again | WATCH
Dave Smith is an idiot. He spews unsubstantiated "facts" as if anyone cares what he has to say. The sad truth is that he's really just another antisemite or worse, an Iranian shofar.

Libertarian podcaster Dave Smith has drawn widespread criticism for a series of inflammatory statements about Israel made throughout 2025, with detractors accusing him of spreading falsehoods and oversimplifying the complex Israel-Palestine conflict. His remarks, aired on high-profile platforms like The Joe Rogan Experience, Lex Fridman Podcast, and Breaking Points, come amid escalating tensions.
Smith’s 2025 Statements
During a Joe Rogan Experience debate with Douglas Murray (April 10, 2025), Smith labeled Israel’s Gaza operations as “intentional murder,” arguing, “If you know civilians will die, you’re intending to kill them.” He also misrepresented Gaza’s border situation, claiming Israel maintains a total blockade, despite Egypt’s role in border restrictions. On the Lex Fridman Podcast (April 9, 2025), Smith called Israel’s 1948 founding “illegitimate and immoral,” citing Palestinian displacement, and referred to Gaza as a “concentration camp,” invoking Holocaust imagery.
Additionally, he suggested Israel’s policies fuel global antisemitism in a Useful Idiots interview (January 2025) and defended controversial figures like Candace Owens and Darryl Cooper, accused of antisemitic rhetoric, without bothering to challenge their views.
On Breaking Points (June 16, 2025), Smith compared U.S. military aid to Israel to Iran’s funding of terrorist groups like Hamas and Hezbollah, claiming, “The U.S. funding Israel’s bombs is no different from Iran bankrolling Hamas’s rockets.” He also demanded President Donald Trump’s impeachment for backing Israel’s response to Iranian attacks, stating, “I supported him last year. I apologize. He should be impeached.” Smith further asserted that Israel’s actions in Gaza are alienating global opinion, saying, “I’m stunned by the lack of rational self-preservation on the part of the Israelis.”
Why These Claims Are Problematic
Smith’s statements have been widely criticized for factual inaccuracies and inflammatory rhetoric.
