Insanely good brownie recipe for your Shabbat table

Ingredients:

1 cup of flour

3/4 cup of cocoa

2 cups of sugar

1 tsp of baking powder

4 eggs

1 cup of oil

1 tsp vanilla essence

Optional: Chocolate chips / chocolate chunks / nuts

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (375 f)

2. Add all ingredients to a big bowl and mix very well.

3. Put the brownie mixture into an oiled pan or a pan lined with baking paper.

4. Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until done.

Chef's Tips and Tricks:

1. Watch that it doesn't burn: If it starts browning too much on top, cover it with a piece of foil.

2. If you are feeling decadent, throw some chocolate chips/ chunks on top of the brownie mixture just before baking.

3. If you want it to be more cake-like and less gooey, reduce the oil to 3/4 cup.

4. You can frost it with this frosting:

Gently melt one slab of pareve chocolate with one regular sized box of Rich's whip. Pour on top of the cooled brownies.
