IDF Strikes 180 Terror Targets in Gaza in Major Overnight Operation

In one of the largest aerial bombardments in recent weeks, the Israeli Air Force struck approximately 180 Hamas and Islamic Jihad targets across Gaza over the past 24 hours.

According to the IDF, the strikes were part of a coordinated intelligence-led operation, with forces from Division 162, Shin Bet, and Aman (Military Intelligence) playing key roles in identifying and neutralizing threats.

Terror Tunnels and Squads Targeted

Ground forces from the 401st Armored Brigade located and destroyed multiple tunnel shafts used by Hamas for terror operations. In a separate incident, troops identified a terror cell hiding in a military structure and called in an airstrike that eliminated the operatives on the spot.

The IDF’s elite multi-dimensional unit also discovered a separate Islamic Jihad cell operating from another building. Within minutes, an IAF aircraft closed the circle and took them out.
