The IDF just released this statement today (Wednesday):

"A short while ago, the IDF identified missiles launched from Iran toward the territory of the State of Israel.

"Defensive systems are operating to intercept the threat.

"Leaving the protected space is only permitted following an explicit directive. Continue to follow the instructions of the Home Front Command."

Sirens have now been triggered throughout the country.

The IDF just released this statement:

"A short while ago, sirens sounded in several areas across Israel following the identification of missiles launched from Iran toward the State of Israel.

"The public is requested to follow the instructions of the Home Front Command.

"At this time, the IAF is operating to intercept and strike where necessary to eliminate the threat.

"The defense is not hermetic, therefore, it is essential to continue following the instructions of the Home Front Command."

Magen David Adom said they've heard no reports of missile impacts or casualties, aside from a number of people who were injured while heading to shelters.

The IDF has now released this statement:

"Following the situational assessment, the Home Front Command published that it is now permitted to leave protected spaces in all areas across the country. The public is requested to continue to follow the instructions of the Home Front Command."

This is a developing story.
