Jared's back! Abraham Accords architect quietly advising Trump team
The quiet but effective mediator for the President's first term is providing crucial advice for Trump's team heading to the Middle East with him to negotiate core deals.

Jared Kushner, who closely advised President Trump on Middle East affairs during his first term and brokered the Abraham Accords, is informally advising Trump's team as they head out to forge new deals during the President's trip to the region, according to a report today (Friday) by CNN.
According to the multiple sources speaking to CNN on the matter, both Trump administration officials and people close to Kushner, the Abraham Accords architect is "has been heavily involved in discussions with Arab nations, including Saudi Arabia, about signing agreements that would normalize diplomatic relations with Israel."
Another administration official said that "When it comes to the Middle East, Jared is an expert. He knows all the players and is one of the few people who has the ear of the Arab leaders, as well as the Israelis."
