In a stunning and historic move, U.S. President Donald J. Trump confirmed early Sunday morning that American forces carried out a large-scale airstrike targeting three of Iran's most guarded nuclear facilities: Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan.

In a tweet posted on his official account, Trump wrote: "We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home."

The operation, described by senior Israeli intelligence officials as "a strategic masterstroke," comes after weeks of escalating tension between Iran and Israel, during which Tehran launched multiple missile barrages into Israeli territory, hitting civilian infrastructure including schools, hospitals, and synagogues.

Trump praised the American pilots, saying: "Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this."

He concluded the statement with a resounding message: "NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE!"

The Fordow facility, believed to be Iran's most fortified underground nuclear enrichment center, was reportedly the main target of the strike. While no official Pentagon briefing has been released as of this writing, sources familiar with the mission claim that the strike involved bunker-buster munitions, possibly the GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator, designed to pierce deep underground facilities.

In Jerusalem, the Israeli government welcomed the move with restrained optimism. A senior Israeli official told JFeed: "This was a message to the entire region — and to the Iranian regime in particular: there is a red line, and it has been crossed. We are not alone."

Iranian state media has yet to release a comprehensive statement, though reports from opposition channels show footage of heavy explosions and chaos near the targeted sites. Netblocks, a group monitoring internet connectivity, reported widespread outages in the regions surrounding the nuclear facilities shortly after the attack.

With this strike, the United States has dramatically escalated its involvement in the Israel-Iran conflict, marking a decisive shift from regional containment to direct intervention. The world now watches Tehran's next move — and whether Trump's call for peace will be heeded or challenged.
