The documentary project by HOT8, SIPUR, and Slutzky Productions, directed by Yariv Mozer, took home the prestigious Emmy Award in the Outstanding Current Affairs Documentary category at the News & Documentary Emmy Awards held yesterday in New York.

*We Will Dance Again*, a collaborative effort by HOT8, SIPUR, and Slutzky Productions under the direction of acclaimed filmmaker Yariv Mozer, secured the American Emmy Award for Outstanding Current Affairs Documentary. The film was also nominated for Outstanding Editing: Documentary. This unprecedented achievement in the American Emmy competition stems from a collaboration with major U.S. content company Paramount.

Ori Gal, VP of Marketing and Content at HOT said:

“Yesterday, we experienced an extraordinary and thrilling moment in New York when *We Will Dance Again* won the American Emmy. This is a moment of immense pride, not just for HOT, but for everyone who recognizes the power of a human narrative to change minds. This award testifies to the strength of the survivors and the ability of television to convey the incomprehensible horror of that grim day to the hearts of viewers. We will continue our efforts to ensure this story reaches, resonates, and impacts.”

Emilio Schenker, CEO of SIPUR added,

“This is a moment of Israeli pride that brings tears to the eyes. Winning an Emmy for a work born from our nation’s profound pain, telling the story of young people who went to celebrate love and life only to encounter terror, is monumental. We are proud and committed to sharing this story with the world.”

Yariv Mozer, the talented director behind the feature film *Snails in the Rain* and the documentary series *Eichmann: The Lost Tapes*, has once again proven his storytelling prowess with this powerful project.
