Col. (res.) and former Druze MK told Kol Baraham Radio today (Wednesday) today that "people are crossing the borders because they want to help the Druze there. Some of them were among the founders of the Syrian state, and recently terrorists started ruling there. This reminds us of the dark days of the Nazis during the Holocaust. Israel should continue to attack in Syria - until the regime falls and a new regime is established."

Hundreds of Druze broke through the border fence today to do just that, and only some have returned. Israel has repeatedly struck Syrian regime targets and military convoys in a declared effort to protect the Druze of southern Syria from further attacks.
