Liri Albag, 20, released last January from Hamas captivity after 477 days, was interviewed today (Monday) on Keren Neubach's program on Kan Reshet Bet, and voiced a poignant message to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

"I would say to Netanyahu: Because of you, I went through the worst thing a person can go through. You're guilty. That's it. You're guilty of everything and you have to fix what you did," Albag said emphatically when asked what she would say to Netanyahu if he sat across from her.

The young woman added a clear demand: "Let him tell me sorry for what he made me go through and promise me that soon all the hostages will be home."

Liri, who had been abducted by Hamas on October 7, 2023, just two days after completing a lookout course at the Nahal Oz outpost, had spent nearly a year and a half in captivity under harsh conditions. Despite a video in May showing Liri injured and frightened, her family never lost hope. Their optimism was bolstered by the belief that one day, Liri would return and reunite with them.
