Golani Brigade resumes operations in Gaza Strip to destroy terrorist infrastructure

After many months of fighting in the northern sector, the forces of the Golani Brigade's combat team under the command of the 36th Division returned to activity in the Gaza Strip.
During the past week the brigade's forces have been operating in the Rafah area in order to locate and destroy terrorist infrastructure that remains in the area, including buildings from which terrorists operate and observation and shooting posts. In the operation, the forces locate weapons and eliminate terrorists.
IDF forces will continue to operate against the terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip in order to protect the citizens of the State of Israel.
