IDF planes attacked military infrastructure near Tehran today (Tuesday) in response to the launches that were carried out this morning from Iran towards Israel.

This follows U.S. President Donald Trump's shocking criticism of both Israel and Iran for breaching a ceasefire he brokered to end their 12-day conflict, which took effect at 7 a.m. IDT.

Earlier Defense Minister Israel Katz's declared that "I instructed the IDF to respond vigorously to the violation of the ceasefire by Iran with intense attacks against regime targets in the heart of Tehran."

According to him, "I instructed the IDF in coordination with the Prime Minister to continue the intensified activities for strikes in Tehran to thwart regime targets and terrorist infrastructures in Tehran, following the activities that took place yesterday."
