Operation Gideon's Chariots is in full swing with five divisions operating throughout the Gaza Strip to eliminate remaining Hamas military formations.
Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, have stated that the operation aims to either force Hamas to accept a hostage release deal on Israel's terms or completely eliminate the group's remaining forces in Gaza.
