Against the backdrop of the IDF's preparations for a broad operation in the heart of Gaza City, IDF Arabic spokesperson Brigadier General Avichay Adraee issued a public call today (Tuesday) to all Strip residents to concentrate in the Al-Mawasi compound in the south and stay away from combat zones.

According to him, the humanitarian complex established there is intended to provide essential services, and in the coming days there will be a significant improvement in health, water and food sectors. "To all residents of the Gaza Strip, in preparation for expanding the fighting to Gaza City, we remind you that the Al-Mawasi area will experience improved humanitarian services provision, especially regarding health services, water and food," he wrote in his announcement.

Adraee emphasized that staying or returning to areas where fighting is taking place endangers lives, and called on residents to avoid approaching them. "For your safety, we warn that approaching or returning to combat areas or areas where IDF forces operate exposes you to danger," he emphasized.

The IDF noted that this call comes following a widespread phenomenon recorded in recent months, when Palestinian civilians left their homes at the height of fighting but returned to them after temporary quiet, according to a report on Ynet.

The security establishment sees this as a real risk to residents' lives, and clarifies that only staying in the Al-Mawasi compound can guarantee basic living conditions and relative security in the near future.

Meanwhile, in Qatar, fury is growing over the lack of Israeli response to the hostage release deal proposal. Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesperson Majed al-Ansari said at a press conference that more than two weeks have passed since Hamas announced its agreement to the ceasefire framework, but Israel has not yet responded.

"We see nothing from Israel except escalation. The move to conquer Gaza is dangerous and also harms the hostages," he claimed.

He added that "there is no place to link humanitarian issues to political deals. The crossings must open to allow aid. Israel's moves encounter broad international opposition."

Israel refuses to relate to any partial deal proposal.

According to reports, the Prime Minister said in the Cabinet meeting that this is President Trump's desire to end the war in Gaza with a decisive blow and not to accept more partial deals.
