Khamenei Adviser: 1,200 Israelis Killed, U.S. Joined War to Save Israel From Annihilation | WATCH
In a fiery broadcast, Khamenei’s top adviser claims Iran killed 1,200 Israelis and accuses the U.S. of entering the war to prevent Israel’s collapse, dismissed by Israeli officials as obvious propaganda.

In a provocative broadcast on Iranian state television, Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, a senior adviser to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, claimed that Iran’s missile strikes on Israel last night killed over 1,200 Israelis. Araqchi further alleged that the United States only intervened in the ongoing conflict because Israel faced imminent “annihilation” following Iran’s retaliatory attacks.
The unverified claims, aired on IRINN, come amid escalating hostilities between Iran and Israel, sparked by U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities on June 22. Israel’s military dismissed the casualty figures as “baseless propaganda,” reporting 24 civilian deaths from Iranian missile barrages since June 13.
The U.S. State Department declined to comment on Araqchi’s allegations but reiterated that American forces are deployed to protect U.S. interests and allies in the region.
