Syria is increasingly open to a dialogue with Israel, with their central demand being IDF withdrawal from southern Syria - not the Golan Heights itself, according to a report today (Sunday) by Kann reporter Roi Kais.

The Syrian government will also not rule out a meeting between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Syrian President a-Sharaa at the UN General Assembly.

President Trump said today that he removed sanctions from Syria to attract him with "honey" rather than vinegar to join the Abraham Accords.
