Russell Brand: Even After ‘Heil Hitler,’ Kanye West Can’t Be Canceled
The provocative actor and podcaster praised the rap singer's song Heil Hitler for the "catchiness" of the song's hook.

Provocative host and actor Russell Brand posted yesterday (Monday) on X that rap artist Kanye West was "uncancellable" despite his increasingly vocal antisemitism and the release of his single literally entitled "Heil Hitler."
Brand posted the video clip of the song with this message on X:
"Heil Hitler"
"Kanye West is uncancellable because he reached such a zenith in the culture that he couldn't be killed. I think people would like it if he died. Why? Because he's a problem for their agenda. Also, let's be honest; the hook is catchy."
West has increasingly attacked Jews over the past few years in social media and statements, reposting accusations that they ran the slave and drug trade and ruined Black families, and accusing them of destroying the earning potential of rap artists deliberately.
Despite the public outcry over his statements and provocations, he does indeed seem to continue to make waves in the entertainment and music world, thus perhaps undermining the claim he makes regarding Jewish power.
