Netanyahu Exposes UN’s Lies on Gaza Aid: ‘We’ll Crush Hamas!’

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu fiercely rejected international criticism of Israel’s humanitarian aid policies in Gaza during a visit to Ramon Air Force Base alongside Defense Minister Israel Katz and Air Force Commander Major General Tomer Bar. Addressing the ongoing Gaza conflict, Netanyahu declared, “The UN is fabricating excuses and lies about the State of Israel. They say: ‘Humanitarian aid is not being allowed in.’ It is allowed. There are secure routes. There have always been, but today it is official. There will be no more excuses.” He emphasized Israel’s commitment to allowing minimal aid to support both military operations and hostage release negotiations, stating, “In order to achieve this goal, and also to bring about the release of our hostages, we are advancing both in the fighting and in negotiations.”

Netanyahu mourned the toll of Operation Rising Lion, launched in June 2025 to target Hamas and Iranian proxies, saying, “We are fighting in the Gaza Strip. Unfortunately, we have wounded soldiers, and we also have fallen soldiers. I send my condolences to the families and wishes for a speedy recovery to the wounded.” He vowed, “Let it be clear, we will achieve our goal. We will eliminate Hamas,” and concluded, “We will continue to fight, we will continue to act until we achieve all our war objectives, until total victory.” During the visit, Netanyahu presented a certificate of appreciation to Major General Bar for the Air Force’s role in the operation, which involved 1,200 sorties and destroyed 60% of Hamas’s remaining infrastructure, per IDF estimates. Discussions with air and ground crews highlighted multi-branch coordination and plans to intensify strikes.

The remarks come amid UN claims that Israel restricts aid, with only 305 trucks entering weekly via Kerem Shalom and Zikim crossings, far below the 500-600 needed daily, per UNRWA. Hamas’s looting of up to 50% of aid, as reported on July 24, complicates delivery. Social media on X echoed Netanyahu’s frustration, with one user posting, “UN lies about Gaza aid while Hamas steals it, Israel’s fighting for survival!” With 50 hostages still held in Gaza since October 2023, Netanyahu’s defiance signals no retreat from Israel’s objectives. The Gaza Humanitarian Fund have previously offered to deliver the UN's aid into Gaza for free, yet the UN remains set on spreading anti Israeli rhetoric and lies surrounding the ongoing war and the continuous aid Gazans have received as well as Israel's insistence the aid goes to civillians and not Hamas terrorists. Something that the UN doesn't seem to bothered about is the aid reaching the wrong hands and only further harming both Gazans and Israelis.
