The North Medical Center (Poriya) celebrated today (Thursday) the arrival of the first babies of the 77th Independence Day. The adorably cute newborns are seen dressed in festive blue and white clothes.

The Director of the Maternity Department, Dr. Yuri Perlitz, congratulated the excited families: "I congratulate the parents and thank them for choosing us, and for the privilege of accompanying them in the special moments of life. I wish all mothers, babies and their families a happy Independence Day, health and happiness, and a year full of comfort."

The director of the medical center, Dr. Noam Yehudai, added: "Especially in difficult days of war, fires and abductees who are still being held in Gaza, the children of Independence Day give us all moments of light and hope. We wish the children to grow up to better and quieter days."
