IDF intercepts Hezbollah drone launched from Lebanon

The IDF intercepted an explosives-laden drone launched by Hezbollah at Israel from Lebanon. Another drone launched at the Hermon area crashed. No casualties were reported in either case.

Earlier today (Thursday), the IDF intercepted an explosive drone launched by Hezbollah from Lebanon towards the area of Bar’am. In addition, a Hezbollah UAV which crossed Lebanese territory into the Hermon area crashed. No casualties occurred, according to the IDF Spokesperson.

IDF planes also struck two Hezbollah military structures in the Zibqin area.

The current strike took place after a number of projectile launches towards Mount Dov and Metula were identified from Lebanon. The IDF Spokesperson said the launch sites were hit with artillery.
