The US conducted another airdrop of humanitarian aid today (Saturday), dropping "16 375-pound bundles of rice, flour, milk, pasta, and canned food" provided by Jordan onto Gazan civilians in northern Gaza.

As the US and other countries such as Germany step up their efforts to airdrop aid, efforts continue to supply aid via the sea, via tugboat-and-crane and a temporary pier off the Gaza coast meant to handle much larger amounts of food and supplies.

The question of who will supply and distribute the aid remains an open question and a matter of discussion and debate within Israel and among western nations.
