Communications Minister Shlomo Karhi told Kol Baramah radio today (Thursday) that if Hamas rejects the current partial hostage deal proposal, then Israel should besiege remaining Hamas forces "until they understand what's going on and release the hostages."

He also said that "after the incredible achievements we brought with Operation Rising Lion, we are not talking about an intermediate situation, we are talking about the goals we laid down - Hamas will not remain on our border."

Karhi said that he trusts the Prime Minister on the deal: "I don't know the details of the deal. The Prime Minister said that we're continuing until the absolute victory with all the goals."
