Benjamin Netanyahu flies home after week in Washington—no questions taken
Prime Minister departs the U.S. aboard "Wing of Zion," avoiding press inquiries at departure.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu boarded the Wing of Zion on Saturday night, departing Washington for Israel after a week-long visit.
Accompanying him was his wife, Sara Netanyahu, who had been in Miami for the past two months with their son, Yair. The prime minister did not respond to journalists' questions before takeoff.
Originally planned as a five-day trip, Netanyahu extended his stay in Washington into the weekend. During the visit, he met with President Donald Trump and senior members of his administration. In a joint press conference, Trump announced a controversial plan for a U.S. takeover of the Gaza Strip.
Netanyahu is scheduled to land in Israel on Sunday evening and will immediately attend a special Cabinet meeting at 8:00 p.m. to discuss the establishment of a state commission of inquiry into the events of October 7.
On Monday, he is expected to convene the Security Cabinet to review the ongoing implementation of the hostage deal.
