Rock throwing attack injures Israeli mother and baby

A Palestinian terrorist attack involving stone-throwing targeted a vehicle on the Hawara bypass road in Samaria, narrowly missing a two-month-old infant.

According to reports, the assailants hurled stones at the car near the village of Odala, situated along the bypass. One stone struck the front windshield, shattering it and sending shrapnel into the back seat, where the baby was seated.

The infant and her mother sustained light injuries from the debris. Medical teams provided on-site treatment to the child, though her parents declined hospital evacuation.

The incident has heightened tensions in the region as authorities investigate.
