Syrian leaders open to peace with Israel - on these conditions
Israeli media reports that Syrian senior leaders are indeed in daily contact with their Israeli counterparts.

Senior Syrian leaders are in daily contact with their Israeli counterparts, and are even open to a peace agreement with Israel - if Israel ends its bombing of targets in Syria and withdraws from areas beyond the 1974 armistice lines, and only during Trump's tenure as President, according to Kann News.
Syrian President Julani was the only Arab leader who did not condemn Israeli strikes on Iran or against Iranian projectiles aimed at Israel and flying over Syria, but he did condemn Iranian attacks on Israel via Syria. Not even a symbolic effort was made to stop Israeli air strikes on Iran via Syrian airspace.
President Donald Trump's decision to help Julani out by removing all sanctions on his country and courting him to form friendly relations mean that Israel has a window of opportunity to cement peace with the country, according to a senior Syrian source speaking to Kann News.
The current Israeli government has been very suspicious of Julani since he overthrew Bashar Assad, due to his long-standing Jihadist past, and all senior ministers have said Israel will not withdraw from areas beyond the 1974 armistice line in southern Syria at least until things "stabilize." The existence of covert daily talks, however, suggest Israel may be open to changing that policy.
