Royal insiders have revealed that Queen Camilla was left “furious and outraged” after Prince Harry made an unannounced visit to King Charles without prior palace approval.

According to a senior courtier, the Duke of Sussex flew in from California in February 2024 and was asked to cut short his meeting with the King after just 30 minutes.

“Her Majesty was furious Harry flew in from his ritzy California home without getting palace approval and came with an attitude,” the source said, as quoted by the National Enquirer via RadarOnline. The courtier added: “I’m told Camilla was outraged. She’s taken a lot of bile from Harry for years and couldn’t wait to let him have it.”

The trip came just days after Buckingham Palace confirmed King Charles’s cancer diagnosis. At the time, Prince Harry told Good Morning America he was “grateful” to spend precious time with his father, adding: “I love my family.”

Despite the strained encounter with Camilla, sources close to the royals say Charles was moved by his son’s unexpected arrival. Photographs from Clarence House showed the King looking emotional as he departed the meeting.

Whether the brief and tense reunion could pave the way for reconciliation between father and son remains uncertain, but insiders suggest the door is not yet fully closed.
