Authorities have identified 42-year-old Shamsud Din Jabbar as the suspect responsible for the deadly attack in New Orleans early Wednesday morning. The FBI is investigating whether Jabbar, a Texas native and former U.S. Army soldier, had connections to the ISIS terrorist group. The attack, which took place on Bourbon Street during New Year's celebrations, left at least 15 dead and dozens more injured.
