Body of Hostage Hamza al-Ziyadne Identified, IDF and ISA Confirm
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the Israel Security Agency (ISA) have confirmed that the body of Hamza al-Ziyadne, a hostage held by Hamas, has been positively identified. The remains of Hamza, who was abducted in October 2023, were recovered earlier this week along with those of his father, Youssef, from an underground tunnel in the Rafah area of the Gaza Strip.
