Ms. Rachel deletes controversial Gaza image, but it's much too late
Rachel Griffin Accurso, that so-called “msrachelforlittles” with her 3.5 million followers, deleted that disgusting New York Times image of a “starved by Israel child” in Gaza! But It had already been seen tens of millions of times and racked up over 127,000 likes before she quietly swept it under the rug.

In a move that can only be described as a cowardly retreat, Rachel Griffin Accurso, better known as “msrachelforlittles,” or Ms. Rachel, has silently removed a deeply inflammatory image from her social media platforms following a torrent of backlash.
The image, sourced from The New York Times and depicting a malnourished child in Gaza with the caption “starved by Israel,” had already been viewed tens of millions of times and garnered over 127,000 likes before its deletion on July 30, 2025, at 05:33 PM IDT. This act of deletion, devoid of any public explanation, is a blatant attempt to erase the damage done to her 3.5 million followers, many of whom were exposed to a grossly distorted narrative about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, not to mention the damage done to Israel.
The image was part of Accurso’s misguided foray into advocating for Gazan children’s rights. She chose to amplify a simplistic and accusatory headline that ignores the complexities of the situation, blaming Israel for Hamas wrecking its own society, contributing to a dangerous misinformation campaign.

This is not an isolated incident. In April 2025, StopAntisemitism demanded a U.S. Department of Justice investigation into whether Accurso was acting as a foreign agent by sharing such content, reported by *The Guardian*. The group’s concerns were well-founded, given the polarized reactions her posts elicited. While some naively view her as a champion for vulnerable children, the reality is that she’s weaponized her platform to spread bias, ignoring the very expertise she lacks in these complex matters. The *New York Times* article she referenced, updated in July 2025, included critical details about pre-existing health conditions of the child depicted, Mohammed Zakaria al-Mutawaq, which she conveniently omitted.
Her deletion of the image, without so much as a word of apology or clarification, is a tacit admission of guilt. It’s part of a broader pattern where influencers and media figures face pressure to navigate the Israel-Palestine conflict, but Accurso has failed spectacularly, and not for the first time, contributed to a rise in Jew hatred and antisemitic incidents, with her fake too-big smile and crocodile tears.
This isn’t just about one post; it’s about the cumulative effect of her actions in a world where the stakes are incredibly high. Accurso’s silence post-deletion is deafening, and it speaks volumes about her. The public deserves better than influencers peddling half-truths and then retreating when caught.
And it gets better. This is her latest "apology". It's not only evil, it's also blatantly false. In fact, Israel facilitated the sick child's transfer to Italy, where he is getting the care and help he needs. But Ms. Rachel doesn't care.

No exceptions, except when it comes to the Israeli children mutilated in front of their parents and burned alive on October 7th.
And 3.5 million idiots are buying this utter nonsense. Words fail to express our horror. Evil is evil is evil, even when it's wearing a smily face and it's name is Ms. Rachel.
