Rabbi Yosef Sorotzkin was educated at the Telshe, Ponovezh, and Lakewood yeshivas. Following his marriage, he pursued further Torah study at the Brisk Yeshiva. He taught at Yeshiva Emek HaHalacha in Brooklyn and later founded Yeshivat Meor Eliyahu in Kiryat Telshe Stone, where he continues to serve as Rosh Yeshiva. He is the author of *Maged Yosef* on the Torah, a widely respected work across diverse Torah communities. Rabbi Sorotzkin also contributes regularly to various Torah journals.
