US CEO fired after mocking father of slain Israeli policewoman
A Georgia couple sparked national outrage after mocking the death of a Jewish neighbor’s daughter, an Israeli border patrol officer. The husband, co-founder of AllaiHealth, was fired following the viral antisemitic video, as communities condemn the hateful tirade.

A Georgia couple’s vile antisemitic outburst against their Jewish neighbor has blown up into a full-blown scandal, with the husband, Mark Bouyzk, getting the boot from the health care company he co-founded after he and his wife, Anna, were caught on camera slinging slurs and mocking the death of their neighbor’s daughter, an Israeli border patrol sergeant.
The Bouyzks crossed a line earlier this week, hurling the slur “k–e” at neighbor David Lubin and sneering that his daughter, Rose Lubin, stabbed to death in a 2023 terror attack, had it coming.
“You’re a k–e, and you know it. A corrupt politician with a daughter in the IDF who went to kill—maybe even got taken out by friendly fire, since those Israeli soldiers are always shooting each other,” Anna ranted, her venom captured on video.
Mark, standing by his wife’s side, egged her on, coolly dismissing Rose’s death with a shrug, saying it was fine because “she was fighting.”
AllaiHealth, the AI-powered health care platform Mark helped launch, wasted no time showing him the door on Monday, blasting his actions in a scathing LinkedIn post. “The conduct in that video is disgusting, completely against everything we stand for, and has no place in our company or the world,” CEO Robert Boisjoli declared. “We expect everyone tied to AllaiHealth to uphold the highest standards of decency and accountability.”
Mark started AllaiHealth with Boisjoli after his first company, AKESOgen, was snapped up by Chicago’s Tempus Laboratories. Sources say his firing has sent shockwaves through the company, with employees stunned at the couple’s brazen behavior.
The ugly clash, recorded by Lubin, exploded after he posted signs honoring his daughter, Rose, directly across from the Bouyzks’ pro-Palestinian signs, which were defaced with anti-Jewish slurs. Rose, 20, was knifed to death by a teenage “terrorist” in Jerusalem in November 2023, just a month into the Israel-Hamas war.
The Bouyzks didn’t stop at the face-to-face confrontation. Anna later called Lubin to twist the knife, blaming him for his daughter’s death and calling him a “corrupt Israeli” who pushed Rose into a deadly role. They also falsely claimed she was shot by the IDF, though Israel’s border patrol, where Rose served, isn’t part of the IDF.
Lubin, still grieving his daughter’s loss, told The New York Post he never had a problem with the Bouyzks’ signs, respecting their right to free speech. “I didn’t care what they posted on their property,” he said. “This was the first time it got personal, and they went way too far.”
The video’s spread on X has fueled outrage, with users slamming the couple’s cruelty. “This is beyond hateful,” one X post read. “Mocking a father’s loss like that is sick.” Others noted the Bouyzks’ claims about Rose’s death don’t add up, as she was clearly killed in a documented terror attack. The incident has drawn comparisons to other recent antisemitic flare-ups, with advocacy groups calling for stronger community responses to such hate.
AllaiHealth’s swift action has earned praise from some quarters, but the Bouyzks have yet to publicly address the backlash. Neighbors say the couple has kept a low profile since the video went viral.
