Political Source: This is the Condition for Sending a Delegation to Negotiation Talks
Contrary to what was claimed earlier by Netanyahu that he ordered to begin negotiations immediately for the release of all hostages, now a reservation is emerging that a location for the talks must first be determined.

As a continuation of Prime Minister Netanyahu's remarks this evening whereby he instructed to act immediately to reach a deal that includes the release of all hostages, now a clarification statement is being issued from the Prime Minister's Office in the name of a political source.
According to the statement: "With the determination of a location for conducting negotiation talks, the Prime Minister will order the dispatch of an Israeli delegation to conduct negotiations on all the hostages – both the living and the deceased, and on ending the war under Israel's conditions."
The meaning is that the delegation will not leave immediately but only when a location for conducting the talks is determined. Does this mean that Qatar is no longer in the picture and now they are looking for another location? It seems that time will tell.
As mentioned, earlier this evening, during the approval of plans for an operation to conquer Gaza, Netanyahu issued a statement to the public. As part of the statement he said "I instructed to begin immediate negotiations on the release of all our hostages and ending the war under conditions acceptable to Israel." Now it turns out that the process is not as immediate as initially described.
