Hezbollah "open" to separate ceasefire, implementation of 1701, per Lebanese Speaker
Lebanese Parliamentary Speaker Nabih Berri told Lebanese media that he informed Qatar and Egypt of Hezbollah's readiness to a separate ceasefire with Israel, subject to a "complete set" of decisions.

A diplomatic source speaking with Lebanese media said today (Sunday) that Nabih Berri, Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, informed Qatar and Egypt that Hezbollah agrees to negotiate a ceasefire separately from the Gaza negotiations.
Berri reportedly also said that Hezbollah is willing to do its part of UN Resolution 1701, which includes the disarmament of all non-state forces south of the Litani, subject to a "whole set" of other decisions.
The source also noted that the Lebanese issue was also being discussed in Qatar, where separate negotiations with Hamas are also being conducted.
