As part of the 'Northern Shield' program, government ministries have signed an agreement that will allow the construction of fortified rooms in 28 settlements located 1-5 km from the northern border. In the Ministry of Defense, preparations have been completed for the establishment of 1,700 new fortified rooms (Mamad) for border-adjacent communities.
