The magnificent university campus located in the prestigious neighborhood of the city - very close to the beach, was almost entirely destroyed by the bombings and shelling of the IDF forces that are occupying the city.

Al-Quds University is about a kilometer north of Shifa Hospital, which is now at the center of the IDF's activity.
