Regime forces are moving toward Kurdish areas in the northeast, including Jolani regime units from Aleppo. Human rights organizations fear ethnic escalation.

According to a series of internal reports from Syria, significant regime army forces began moving in recent hours toward Kurdish-controlled areas in the country's northeast. In the region's centers, concerns are growing about deterioration into widespread violence and another ethnic conflict in territory that has already suffered from recent cycles of bloodshed.

Local sources report that military units identified with al-Jolani regime forces have left their bases in Aleppo province and are advancing eastward toward contact lines with Kurdish militias - the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

Movement of armored vehicles and heavy equipment has also been observed in the area, indicating preparations for a potential confrontation.

So far, there has been no official response from regime representatives in Damascus, but networks are reporting a series of documentation of numerous armed forces moving toward Kurdish strongholds in northeastern Syria.

There has already been documented bloodshed between Syrian regime security forces and ethnic minorities, with the bloody attack on the Druze in southern Syria, carried out not only by Bedouin forces but also official Syrian forces in uniform.

Israel has repeatedly intervened to protect the Druze in the south from attacks, including carrying out air strikes against forces threatening the Druze and providing humanitarian assistance to those wounded in the conflict.

Israel has reportedly been in talks with the Syrian regime regarding the desired arrangements in southern Syria. Israel wants the area to be demilitarized, with only local police and security forces considered to be safe for local Druze allowed into the region.
